    Developer Cranford (Hayle) LLP, has submitted plans for a 160,000 sq ft development (pictured) featuring ten units sized from 3,000 sq ft to 25,400 sq ft.

  4. Jobs in danger as care provider set to undergo restructure

  5. Jobs secured at printing companies following management buyout

    Around 22 jobs have been secured at two printing companies in Swindon following a successful management buyout, a recent news report in the local business media has been able to reveal.

    Vertical Trading Ltd and Corinium Continuous Ltd were both subsidiaries of Multisets (UK) Ltd. and were in danger of going under administration after another subsidiary suffered the same fate.

    Martin Pulley, chief executive of VTE, said: "I am really pleased that we have completed this MBO. Although this has been a tough time for the business, we have protected 22 jobs in the company and have given it the best possible chance to succeed into the future.

    "Both businesses have been trading well throughout the period and I have been overwhelmed by the reaction from our suppliers and customers for which I offer our thanks for their support, and give my commitment to continued quality printing based here in Swindon."

    Up to 100 jobs were saved after a Weymouth engineering firm was bought out of administration, according to a news report in the local business media.
